Helsinki Vintage - All Times Timemachine

Twice a year organized Helsinki Vintage gathers the best vintage and second hand dealers of Finland and offers a facinating and vast variety of goodies from past decades. The event has it all from decor to original vintage fashion items. The one-day vintage hulabaloo is topped with entertaining program with hint of nostalgia and a cool cafeteria with flavors and sweets accordingly.

Sales range is empasized on fashion, but there are also interior and collecting items on sale. Moreover there has been services like tench and barber shop that does vintage hairstyles. Program consists different acts for example on stage there has been a coupletband, burlesqueshow and vintage styling show.

The first Helsinki Vintage was organized on Sunday 8.2.2009 in Valkoinen Sali nearby Senaatintori. Helsinki Vintage moved to a bigger venue when the second Helsinki Vintage was organized on Sunday 27.9.2009 in Cable Factory. Then there were over 2000 visitors. This fall Helsinki Vintage was shown in many different media. The event was shown in MTV3 news, YLE news, Iltasanomat, Iltalehti, Blue Dream – Blue 1 circular, Me naiset -magazine, Cosmopolitan-magazine, SixDegrees-magazine and also radio channels Radio Helsinki and The Voice. Numerous fashion and lifestyleblogs also wrote about Helsinki Vintage.

Helsinki Vintage has now bigger venue, more visitors and increasingly interest from media. We contuinue to build up our eventconsept aming to be interesting, suprising and also international vintage culture event. The next Helsinki Vintage will be on Sunday 7.3.2010 in Cable Factory.
